The son of a builder, Warrick planned on joining his father in the family building business when he left school. Instead, Warrick was encouraged to attend university and was in fact the first of his extended family to attend university.  He went on to work for some of Australia’s biggest companies in accounting and sales roles and then build and sell his own financial planning practice before creating a business to help others achieve success.

Warrick’s 12+ years of individually coaching and mentoring businesses, including hundreds of ‘tradies’ has led him to discover these 3 common issues for tradies and small business owners alike:

  1. Not enough enquiry or customers
  2. Busy working long hours (but not necessarily making money)
  3. Have the opportunity to grow the business but don’t know how, or are afraid to employ staff in order to do so (or have a poor team already)

Michaela has a background in events management and commercial radio promotions, culminating in her dream role with Triple M Brisbane in the late 2000’s.

It was her husband’s trade business though, that set her on the course to become Australia’s number one tradie blogger as well as co-founding and hosting the Tradies Business Show and co-developing the Tradies Business Toolkit with Warrick.

Michaela has also worked with tradies one on one to help them with cloud technology, outsourcing and online marketing to help save them time, money and stress while creating the business of their dreams.

Over the last 5 years, Michaela and her team have helped hundreds of overwhelmed and stressed small business owners take back control of their business and life through tailored outsourcing solutions. Now, through the Tradies Business Network, Michaela’s vision is to help thousands of tradies get off the tools and into true business ownership.
