Bugger. I hate being sick.
Problem is, I’ve got nobody to blame except myself! I know that it usually happens when I deviate from my own ‘rules’ about taking care of myself. Sometimes it’s emotional stress (hard to avoid) or my nutrition gets a little off-track (LOVE a good pie!) or most commonly, I end up sleeping less than I know I should.
In any case, there are some simple ways we can take better care of ourselves that will not only keep us healthy (and who doesn’t want that, right?) but… will also help us to keep pushing hard in our businesses when we need to or choose to.
I run through some simple things you can do to take better care of yourself AND avoid getting sick this winter.
